- Take I-40 East from Memphis
- When approaching Nashville you will see a sign reading exit 182 to TN-96 Franklin/Fairview
- Turn LEFT onto TN-96 and go SE for 4.6 miles to TN-96E (TN-100E, Fairview Blvd)
- You will see a sign reading "TN-100E"
- Bear LEFT on ramp to TN- 96 E ( TN-100E, Fairview Blvd.) and merge with caution
- Continue onto TN- 96E (TN - 100, Fairview Blvd.) and go East for 4.4 miles to TN-96 (TN-100)
- Continue onto TN-96 (TN-100) and go Northeast for 0.85 miles to TN. - 96
- Turn RIGHT onto TN, 96 and go Southeast for 11.8 miles to US-431
- Turn LEFT onto US 431 (HILLSBORO RD.) and go Northwest for 1.75 miles
- BROWNLAND FARMS will be on your LEFT just after crossing Harpeth River Bridge
